These have CHANGED my entire mornings. I am a coffee drinker. But even after coffee I sometimes still feel foggy. I added this to my morning coffee and it’s like the LIGHTS turned on! I went through the day and felt AMAZING. I thought, “this has to be a fluke, there is no way that was just the ketones.” So I tried it again the next day…SAME RESULTS. This is partially on me, but I never would have purchased this is I had seen how much it cost per serving. It doesn't taste good whatsoever. The jury is out on whether this actually helps performance or puts me into ketosis, but after drinking one serving I'm not convinced. I'll update this accordingly though.

I finally got into this product for the first time when I had a large project I was working on and though the bonus mental boost would be helpful. I will start by saying that I am not super sensitive to things like caffeine so I don't notice all that much of a difference unless the consumption is excessive and I get shaky. So, when I tried this product, I wasn't expecting a surge of energy or clarity. That being said, I did manage to get through the project decently well. I'll use the rest of the package and see if it is helpful those other times, but I wasn't really wowed on the first use. However, I will say that it is quite tasteless as advertised. I had it with a mug of tea and I could taste the tea just like normal but didn't get any other weird flavor or aftertaste so that is a big positive.

UPDATE:
I'm sorry to say I can't continue taking this product. I was adding 1 TB of the ketones in my coffee each morning, and my focus and brain power was excellent, but I was experiencing a strong headache every day by early afternoon. I stopped taking the ketones and the headaches stopped. To make sure, I waited 2 weeks, then took 1 TB of ketones again. The headache showed up again that day.

This is a side effect that won't effect everyone, but I wanted to make you aware in case you notice it as well. It certainly gave me energy and brain power for sure, so I hope it works for you.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I'm 5 years+ into the low carb lifestyle which supports ketones, and have already added some ketone products to enhance my mental capacities. So far they must be working as my cognitive skills are holding up very well.
I like trying new products, and started with a small scoop of this Exogenous Ketone in my coffee. If there are no unusual reactions in a couple of days, I'll increase my usage to one TB a day and observe any changes. I've found this is a good way to incorporate a new product, slow and steady, before I dive in fully.

There was no added taste in my morning coffee that I could discern. That's good, now let's see if these ketones keep my brain on track. I'm expecting the best! I'll be back in a month or so to follow up.
